1 Package chicken breasts or chicken tenders
cooked in Knorr's broth
3 ribs of celery, chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 cup Hellman's
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
Pepper to taste.
2 t. poultry seasoning
1 box of cornbread
stuffing..........Pepperidge Farm is what I use Make according to
directions on box substituting broth for the water.
Cook and chop chicken, save broth to cook
stuffing in.
Mix celery, onion, Hellman's, soup and
water chestnuts with chopped chicken. Spread in 9 X 13 Pyrex dish and
spread dressing mix that you cooked with broth on top. At this point I
usually add some more of the broth, probably about a cup or so. Run in
oven and cook at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
