
Boil and slice about five medium red
potatoes.
Cook four or five strips of
bacon. Take out and cool and crumble.
In the bacon grease cook a medium
onion that has been sliced. Caramelize them well with a little brown
sugar......probably two tablespoons.
Add probably a quarter cup of white
vinegar, salt, pepper and white sugar to taste.
Add the sliced potatoes back in the
skillet and coat with dressing. Crumble bacon on top.
