2 to 4 cans of whole green beans
1 onion, sliced
three strips or so of bacon
Fry bacon and remove from pan, add
onions and cook until done
Sauce
1 cup Hellman's
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 heaping tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Garlic salt to taste
Celery salt to taste
Onion salt to taste
1 and 1/2 teaspoons parsley flakes
1 lemon, juiced
Cook green beans on top of stove until
heated through. Drain off juice. Add onion and mix together. Put
in serving dish and pour the sauce which you have allowed to come to room
temperature over. Sprinkle with bacon.
