1 pkg. Duncan Hines brownie mix
2 eggs
2 pkgs.(3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. flour
5 Tbsp. butter,
softened
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease
bottom of 9x13 pan. Place softened cream cheese and butter in medium bowl
and beat at low speed until creamy. Add sugar, eggs, flour and vanilla;
beat until smooth and set aside. Prepare brownie mix using basic recipe,
cake-like variation. Spread half of brownie batter into greased pan. Pour
all of cream cheese mixture over brownie batter in spots over top. Swirl
two mixtures together with a knife. Bake at 350 for 36 to 39 minutes or
until set. I would check at 25 minutes because different ovens cook
quicker or slower. Frost with the following icing recipe.
ICING RECIPE
Melt together and bring to a
boil
1 stick of margarine
4 Tablespoons of Cocoa
6 Tablespoons of milk
Take off heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla
and 1 box powdered sugar
