1 12 LB. ground meat....chuck or sirloin
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 16 oz. can diced tomatoes or tomato
wedges cut up
1 small can tomato sauce
12 teaspoon garlic powder
12 teaspoon pepper
Dash of Lee and Perrins
Worcestershire
1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked according to
directions on package
1 cup sour cream
6 green onions, chopped with tops
1 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
1 cup grated cheese
Brown beef in skilled and drain. Add
seasonings and stir. Then add tomato sauce and tomatoes. Cover and
simmer for at least 15 minutes. Cook noodles and drain. While still hot
add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add sour cream and onions with
tops.
Arrange in layers, starting with noodle
mixture and ending with beef mixture in greased casserole 9 x 13 dish.
Top with grated cheese. Freeze at this point or bake at 350 degrees for
about 20 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
