
4 med. potatoes, diced or 3 large Potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper
1 cup of chicken broth
1/2 cup cream.
4 drops of Tabasco
a handful of grated cheese
1 Tablespoon of Flour mixed with a
little water...
Cook potatoes with onion, salt and pepper
and chicken broth with enough water to cover. Add 1 Tablespoon flour and
stir until thicken. Kind of mash the potatoes a little. Add butter and
let melt. Add cream and Tabasco and cheese.
We serve this with bacon crumbled on top
sometimes.
